Free Shipping & Returns in the US

SHIPPING

Shipping on all U.S. orders is free.

Expect your shoes 3-6 business days from the time you order if you live in the U.S.

Orders take 1-2 business days to process and 2-4 business days to ship, for a total of 3-6 business days. All orders are shipped with USPS Priority. Please keep in mind that postal delays do happen from time to time and they are out of our control. International orders will vary depending on the local country's postal service.

 

RETURNS

The Rules

We accept returns on unworn Penners for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free. When you try them on to test them out please make sure to only wear them on clean floors inside. Unfortunately we're unable to accept any Penners that are not in new condition.
We do not cover shipping for international returns at this time.
 

How To Do It

The quickest way to process a return is to search PENNER in your email inbox then respond to your order confirmation email with your return request. That way we already have your order pulled up. Or you can simply send an email to support@pennerfootwear.com with your return request. Either way we will provide a free return label which you will use to ship the shoes back to us. Once we receive them we will issue a full refund.

*Note: Your Penners will stretch very little over time. If they don't fit well out of the box, we recommend exchanging them for a different size.
