Q: What is your return policy?

A: Unworn Penners can be exchanged or returned for a refund at any time. We’ll also cover shipping both ways in the U.S.

If you try on your new Penners indoors and realize that you have the wrong size they can be exchanged or returned for a refund at any time. We’ll also cover shipping both ways in the U.S.

Please contact support@pennerfootwear.com if you wish to return or exchange your Penners.

 

Q: Do you offer sizes smaller than 5 or larger than 11.5?

A: Not at this time.

 

Q: Do you offer wide sizes?

A: No. Our U.S. half sizes are a little wider than our U.S. full sizes. If you have very wide feet or high arches, we recommend ordering a U.S. half size. Also, the leather will stretch quickly to fit the shape of your foot.

If you need specialty widths such as "D" or "E", then Penners probably aren't for you.

 

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

Short answer: 3-4 business days for U.S. orders.

Long answer: Orders placed before 10am MST on a weekday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10am MST are shipped the next business day. All orders are shipped with USPS Priority, which typically takes 2-3 business days. International orders will vary depending on the local country's postal service.
